Why not consider us for your special day…our beautiful, vintage trailer is the perfect background to any event. However the true star (not forgetting the bride) is of course our delicious sourdough toasties…crispy edges and gooey middles guaranteed!

We would be happy to talk to you about options for fillings but here’s a few suggestions to whet your appetite (which also happen to be our customer favourites!)

• Gooey cheddar and emmental (the swiss cheddar with holes!)
• Slow cooked ham and molten cheddar
• Chorizo and manchego, not forgetting the all important cheddar for those crispy edges
• Blue cheese (stilton) and gooey cheddar
• Sloppy Joe in a toasted brioche bun served with a pickled gherkin

All of our portions are served with a delicious caramelised onion chutney, however you may wish your guest to enjoy a choice of additional sides too:

• Tangy potato salad – with a fresh herb dressing
• Crunchy slaw – as you like it; creamy, spicy or citrus
• Tasty pickle selection – gerkins, pickled onions
